As we continue to expand, we are looking for a talented sales professional to help us achieve new heights. 

 Responsibilities: 

• Prospect, identify, and engage potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals. 

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and challenges. 
• Consult with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions that meet their objectives. 
• Conduct presentations to showcase the value and benefits of our offerings. 
• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for both the client and the company. 
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover and customer satisfaction. 

Requirements: 

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in tourism and or media 
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas. 
• Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to identify and capitalise on opportunities. 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients at various levels. 
• In-depth knowledge of the Seychelles travel market and familiarity with local businesses and attractions. 
• Self-motivated and results-driven mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. 
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
